Residential In-Series Adapters

In-series adapters place two meters in-series and mount them in a singe meter socket. Available in CT rated and residential self-contained versions. Self-contained versions should always be applied with caution as the rating of the adapter is often less than the rating of the socket. The concern has always been, "how much less"?

The new Marwell in series adapters for 2S meters will reduce your concerns. The patented Mighty ­Bite jaw combined with heavy duty copper welding cable has created an in-series adapter that will smoke the competition.

Rated at 160A maximum and 150A continuous it may safely be used to install two meters into one socket on most residential service sites.
